Ingredients
- Yellow Capsicum -2 nos
- Baby Corn – 7-8 pieces
- Sprouts – 100 grams
- Freshly ground black pepper – 1 tsp
- Salt to taste.
- 1 lemon Juice
- Olive Oil (optional) – 1 tbsp
Method
- Cut the capsicum and baby corn to shape as shown.
- Mix everything else in a bowl.
- Your salad is now ready!
